Personal training at Glevum is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your health & fitness goals.
You will work with one of our expert coaches in a one-on-one setting to help define your goals, assess where you currently are, and then design a program to help you achieve the best possible results in fitness and health.
AS A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT AT GLEVUM, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH:
- Private training from 1-4 days per week
- A strength and conditioning program tailored to your goals and needs
- Nutritional guidance and Body Compositional analaysis
- Telephone and email coaching support
- The confidence of knowing that you are on a path with proven results
Personal Training is recommended for anyone who has a sport specific goal, is recovering from an injury, or has been inactive for six months or more.
