    For time:
    50 Calories, Rowing
    40 Wallballs, 20/14#
    30 Burpees
    20 Deadlifts, 100/70kg
    100 Double Unders
    20 Deadlifts, 100/70kg
    30 Burpees
    40 Wallballs, 20/14#
    50 Box Jumps, 24/20”

Training Notes:
Complete as many reps as possible in a 20 minute time frame. Push the pace fast from the beginning and break the reps as needed. Remember “It isn’t how fast you go, it’s how little you rest that matters.” – J Skepper 2017.
