Reebok CrossFit Glevum is not just a place to get a good workout – it’s a diverse community that includes members of our armed forces, full-time mums, doctors, police officers, business executives, elite athletes, kids and retired grandparents. Because we have created such an inclusive environment, our members all know each other, support one another, and socialise in and outside of the gym. Also, whilst much of our training is timed and competitive, it is all done in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

CrossFit is a totally different experience to a ‘normal’ gym – every day you turn up and do something new, learning movements and developing skills.
Training in groups creates a really fun atmosphere with everybody encouraging one another, which pushes you further than you would ever achieve on your own.
