CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES – JOIN A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY
Glevum has been a proud affiliate and member of the CrossFit community since September 2011. We’ve successfully used CrossFit’s methodology of constantly varied movements as a plain of our training to help our members lose weight, gain strength and even compete at a number of different sports.
Recognising that every person has a vast range of personal goals and abilities, our CrossFit program is designed with the flexibility to meet those needs. While not as specific as personal training, our CrossFit program still allows members to work towards achieving their goals. If you want to look great, get healthier and build a solid foundation of strength and fitness, then this is for you. You will be coached through workouts in a fun, supportive community.
Group Coaching is perfect for those looking for a supportive community that shares their desire to be healthier and happier.
GROUP CLASS MEMBERSHIP IS OUR PRIMARY TRAINING PROGRAM HERE AT GLEVUM
CrossFit classes are held Monday through Friday from 06:00am through 08:30pm and on Saturday mornings. We cap our classes at 15 and completion of a Glevum Prep Course is a pre-requsisite for joining any of group classes.
Members pay a monthly membership fee and can attend any group class session on any given day.

After completing our Prep Course, you’re set to join the Glevum community with a monthly membership and attened group classes.
Group Classes include the Workout of the Day. Remember what it felt like to be part of a team? There’s a tangible feeling of camaraderie, accountability, and shared effort that invigorates and inspires us to push beyond what we can accomplish on our own.
